1. Order Processing Time  
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received  
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays  
- During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended  

Once your order is processed, it will be sent to our fulfillment partners for shipment.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates  
Because we work with both U.S. and international suppliers:  

- Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days  
- Some items may arrive sooner depending on supplier location  
- In rare cases, delivery may take up to 20+ business days due to customs or carrier delays  

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs  
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated  
- Promotional offers (e.g., free shipping) may be available from time to time  

4. Order Tracking  
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email  
- Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment

Vanguard X is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer  
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

- We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information  
- Additional shipping charges may apply to reship orders  

8. Lost or Stolen Packages  
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier:  
- Vanguard X is not responsible for lost or stolen packages  
- Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance  

If needed, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

9. Damaged Items in Transit  
If your item arrives damaged:  
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery  
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage  

We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

10. International Shipping
